What shipping costs apply?

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size and weight of the order. You can view the shipping costs at any time in your shopping cart.

What is the delivery time?

Within Germany, we usually deliver with our shipping partner UPS within 1–3 working days, and for freight shipments within 5–7 working days. Delivery times may vary for international shipments.

Which shipping service providers are used?

We ship our products with our partners UPS (standard) and Dachser (freight).

Large formats (240x120cm & 280x120cm) can be shipped rolled via UPS or flat via freight forwarding. UPS is the more cost-effective option, but the material must be unrolled. Especially during colder seasons, unrolling can be more difficult. Please refer to our video. You can select the shipping method in the cart.

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, please refer to the invoice you received by email. For each package shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

This way, you can always see where your shipment is and how long it will take to arrive.

How can I be sure that my order was placed correctly?

If you would like to verify that your order was placed correctly, you can check this in the order confirmation sent to you by email.

You can also find your orders in your customer account under the section “Orders”.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If an item delivered by us is damaged or not in proper condition, please contact us at info@slate-lite.com. In case of damaged goods, please include a photo of the defect in your email so that we can provide a quick solution.

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address, for example your workplace. Simply add an additional delivery address during the address step before completing your order.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

We kindly ask for your understanding that it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing an order at Slate-Lite. Orders are processed immediately, and therefore we cannot guarantee any changes. If the provided delivery address cannot be located or delivery fails, the shipment will be returned to us. Once the shipment has been received and checked, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
